Today we went to the Midway with our neighbour Bev and her sister Jenny, and their children Mel, Jake, Jackson and Riley. (The Midway is kind of like Cosmic Adventures, but smaller (smaller=better for me, at least for now), and closer to home. Bella is turning into quite the little climbing monkey these days and it makes me wonder how long it will be before she climbs out of her crib?!
Playing house with her little friend Riley. Bella loves playing in the 'kitchen', she loves stirring the pots and pans and making make-believe food that of course, everybody must 'taste'.
Another fun ball pit! Pictured here with Riley and Mel.
Whether walking or crawling, she wasn't too sure what to think of these things.
And something else that makes the Midway way cooler than Cosmic...this clown car, of course! (It's a bit creepy if you ask me, but she loved it! I must have seen one too many horror movies!)
Playing dress-up with some clothes that she found when she was being waaay too quiet.

...and playing dress-down. Or, shall we say, not dressed at all! Before and after bath time, she really enjoys running around diaper-less. I can't post the really funny pics, but let's just say she's been noticing all her body parts in the mirror lately. Hilarious. Priceless. When it's been too quiet for too long, I'll sneak up on her and watch her watch herself in the mirror. I usually ruin it because I break into laughter, but one of these days I hope to get it on video to share with all of you. For now, a few photos that I can post (ie; waist-up shots!).

(Bandaid courtesy of Dr. Sara and some vaccinations. She was one unhappy camper! She must have remembered her previous set of vaccinations because she remembered the office, clung to my legs (despite there being toys present), and didn't want Dr. Sara to touch her. I tried to tell her that Dr. Sara is really a very lovely lady but she wouldn't hear any of it! :(Playing "doe-doe" as she calls it.
A lovely way to end the post. I'm back to work for 4 shifts tomorrow, and daddy will be on, well, daddy-duty!Nighty-night all!
