Summer came with a bang! This past weekend was so hot and humid that we spent most of the 2 days indoors...in dry, cool, air-conditioned houses. (It was 40 degrees Celsius with the humidex, and sadly, the swimming pool water was still way too cold to go in just yet.) But we played and played, nonetheless. Sunday, we went to visit our friends Christy, Demus, and Bella's friend Gabriella. Gabby goes to daycare with Bella. She's a few years older than Bella, she's a 'big' girl (she's 3), and Bella learns a lot from her. She learns such things as:
1) How to tease a kitty:
2) How to eat a watermelon: (notice her eyes are transfixed on watching how Gabby eats her own watermelon!)
3) How to sit properly in a chair:
4) How to play dress-up. (In this case, watching Gabby dress-up as a fairy princess...)
5) And how to play with her very own magic fairy wand.
Bella
already knew:
1) How to play in an animal's water bowl. (Remember Gramma's house and Jade's water bowl?)
2) How to smile for her mummy's camera:
