Saturday was a day of running many, many errands before the 3rd? (I think...) snowstorm of the season here in Ottawa. It's hard to believe that it's not even officially winter yet. We spent yesterday huddled in the house watching the wind and snow outside our windows. Brrr. I have to say, we quite enjoyed the day inside knowing that there was nowhere we could possibly go, even if we had wanted to. I heard on the radio this morning that about 35cm (almost 14"!) fell on centre Ottawa yesterday alone (a little more fell in the southern part of the city, where we live). I also heard that for the month of December thus far, 147cm of snow has already fallen. And get this, the grand total for last year's
entire winter season was 151cm! I don't think that I've ever seen this much snow ever...at least not that I can remember.
I know this blog is supposed to be about Bella, but I have to include some snowstorm photos.

Ed, using our neighbour's snowblower. Very kind of them to let us borrow it...I couldn't imagine having to dig ourselves out of this!

And finally, another video of Ysabella. And for all the family in Victoria, you might wanna put away everything breakable! There's no stopping her now!
