A glorious night, a glorious day, a glorious week!

What a great few days we've had! I'm not sure what it is, but Ysabella seems to have reached some sort of milestone. This past week she has been the most pleasant baby ever! She's laughing and smiling all the time (she thinks her mommy is just the funniest thing in the world!) and there's been absolutely no whining! And she's been sleeping amazingly well...last night 12 hours in a row to be exact! Not to mention going down for naps without a peep, and sleeping for a good hour and a half at each nap. Finally, she's starting to be a bit like her mom in some ways...hopefully these sleeping habits will persist. Her fifth and sixth teeth (the top middle two) are starting to poke through (thank goodness!...she would have looked kinda funny if we had to wait a long while for them...) and she's starting to scoot on her bum. Time to baby-proof the house!

Now that she has teeth, I often catch her making funny faces as she tries to figure out what these things are in her mouth...The morning sun shines through the dining room window and onto the area where she plays with her toys. For the last two days she has been trying to grab the dust particles in the air that she can see as a result of the sunshine. And I thought my house was clean!?! The little munchkin!
