Finally!

Yesterday, we were finally able to get together for a visit with Lee & little man Charley (oh, and Chris, too!). It's hard to believe that you can go for months without seeing somebody when you live in the same city, but somehow, someway, that often happens, as was the case with us. Charley has grown in all aspects since we last saw him, and I'm happy to report there was no slapping by neither Charley nor Ysabella. (Or was that supposed to be either/or?....can you say PARANOID???) They pretty much pretended that the other wasn't there, preferring instead to play independently (Charley) or with Kismet the dog (Ysabella). Ysabella was just enthralled with Kismet, I think the fascination with dogs all started in Windsor with Dora and Jade. She now thinks dogs are the funniest things in the world. Charley, though, has 'been there, done that', and found Ysabella's puffy hair much, much more interesting. We tried our darndest to get Charley to show Ysabella how to crawl, but he was more interested in other things, like brushing his hair or feeding Kismet snacks...go figure.
