Busy, busy, busy!

It's been a busy, busy, busy weekend. Ed and I did a complete overhaul of the front lawn, as well as doing some work to the backyard. And Ysabella cooperated very nicely with her mommy and daddy. Despite the temperature only going up to a very chilly 13 degrees on Saturday, she played outside very well, despite being bundled up more than usual. I think she really enjoyed the fresh air.

Since I haven't posted in a while, here's some pictures that I took this past week.

Ysabella is starting to do what I have read, is the pre-curser to crawling; sitting and rocking back and forth on her bum. Often times, she completely falls over. Sometimes it's ok with her, and sometimes it's not. Here's two pics. You can see for yourself which is which.

Feeding herself rice mum-mum crackers. Her hair is finally starting to get long enough that I can do something with it! Yay!

I'm not sure how all three of us managed to sleep through it!! Apparently our whole neighbourhood was awoken by the explosions and sirens...and they all gathered outside at 3am to find out the cause. I wonder if anybody brought popcorn?! Boooo, we missed all the excitement!
