More Bathtime Fun

Ysabella is enjoying her newfound freedom in the big person tub. Forget the baby bath, who needs that anymore? Now, she's free to kick and splash as much as she wants to (with almost no clean-up for mommy afterwards!) While I have no actual photos of the bathtub fun (I was too busy videotaping...), I took a few one-handed shots after her bath with the help of the bathroom mirror.





Ysabella is trying to read already...upside down and spanish, nonetheless!

We spent part of the afternoon at mommy's friend & coworker Carol's house visiting with her and her two little ones, Olivia and Ryan. What cuties! Ryan is just 9 days older than Ysabella (and 3lbs heavier, though he sure doesn't look it!) while big sister Olivia just turned 3 on June 4th.
Many thanks for the free clothes! (Yay!)

Ed's gone to see one of his favourite musicians, Roger Waters of Pink Floyd tonite at Scotiabank Place, so Ysa and I are hanging out, just the two of us. The rest of Ottawa is likely watching the Sens game...

I've uploaded a new video of Ysabella, look under the 'Links' header to the right. Ysabella is happiest in the morning after she's just awoken. She very often just lies awake in her crib (or in our bed as the case may be...) smiling and singing. Love that! The video was taken yesterday when she was full of smiles and chatter.
