Two Peas in a Pod

It's been a while since Alejandro's good friend Mae Ella has visited. She's changed so much since the last time we saw her (which was only about a month ago). Another tooth and much blonder, she has also become quite the dancer AND she has learned how to put the moves on my boy!

Case in point: Trying to give Alex an open-mouthed kiss. (He seems vaguely curious and only mildly interested.) Aren't they still way too young for this? Mae Ella, you're going to be a man eater!

They played well together, meaning there was no pulled out tufts of hair on the floor, no bumps, no bruises, no scrapes and no bite marks. Overall, I'd say it was a successful playdate!

Alex is such a cuddle monkey that he often finds an open spot on the carpet (or hardwood, or tile floor) to stretch out and and rest his tired head. And he must have been a cat in a former life because he particularly loves to do this in a sunspot on the hardwood floor in the dining room when the sun is streaming in through the dining room window. Precious.
