I must be crazy!

Ysabella's much anticipated appointment with the allergist was yesterday morning. Apparently these 2 rashes (as a result of eating trout and cinnamon)


were figments of my imagination! Not that I'm complaining, I'm very happy to report that Ysabella has tested negative for allergies to cod, trout, salmon, tuna, shellfish, peanuts, dust, cats, dogs, cinnamon, and a few other things as well. When I asked the doctor if he could think of any reason as to why these rashes developed, he said 'no'. And then he said: "The answer remains the same. She has NO allergy to any of those things." (Ya, he was a peach....)

After our appointment, Baby Sam and his mommy Pascale came over for lunch and a much overdue playdate. It's hard to believe he's already 8 months old. Ysabella had so much fun with him, trying to make him laugh (that was actually easy, he laughs and smiles all the time). Bella was so excited to have a visit with him. Lately, when we're out, she's been calling every baby that she sees 'Baby Sam'. And yes, she is in her pajamas. She thought her jeans were "too tight", (they're not). These days, any clothes other than her "comfy" clothes are "too tight". Hmm, I wonder where she gets the clothes issues from...AMY!
