Christmas Cheer

What a lovely weekend we had! Since I will have to work over the holidays (the 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th), I organized a gathering at our place over the weekend to start the Christmas celebrations early. Ysabella loved having lots of people in the house. Accompanying all of the people was lots of food and lots of Christmas lights and music. Very festive!

It wasn't a terribly late night for Ysabella, but she did get to sleep almost 2 hours later than her normal bedtime. She was asleep in her bed by 830pm, but boy, did she ever make up for the lost sleep on Sunday. She took a 3 hour nap! Ed and I weren't sure what to do with ourselves! After the craziness of this past week, it was very nice to have a relaxing Sunday at home...

This was Bella's way of telling me that she was ready for bed. She dragged this blanket and pillow up from the basement and put them down on the kitchen floor. Then she laid herself right down on top. Right in the middle of the party.
